These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Varsity Data website at varsitydata.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to the Site only.
Project Engagements Are Separate
Any software project, proposal, quote, or service Varsity Data provides is governed by a separate written agreement between Varsity Data LLC and the client — not by these Terms and not by anything stated on the Site. Where those agreements differ from the Site, the signed agreement controls. As a matter of how we work, our clients own the code, intellectual property, and deliverables we build for them, as set out in their agreement.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest content except as permitted by law; or use the Site to infringe others' rights or violate any law.

The Site and its content — including text, design, layout, graphics, and the Varsity Data name and marks — are owned by Varsity Data LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for informational purposes; you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content without permission, except as allowed by law. (This covers the marketing Site only and does not affect the ownership of work we build for clients, which is addressed in their agreements — see Section 2.)

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content on the Site is for general information and is not professional, legal, or technical advice.
